Delivery Information

• Countries Not Delivered To: Russia, Belarus.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, the processing time may take up to 10 business days. For exact processing times, please contact our manager.

• Shipping Fees: $30 worldwide. Free for orders over $350.

• Delivery Time: Standard: 10-14 business days. FedEx International Priority: 7-10 days.  EMS: 7-10 days.

• Taxes & Duties: All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), unless the DDP shipping option is selected.

Returns Policy

• Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items & items made for individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Swimwear can only be exchanged or returned if the hygiene sticker on the bottoms is intact.

• To initiate a return, email us at info@annafoxy.com with the return reason and photos if the product is damaged or defective.

• A 6% restocking fee, shipping costs, and other associated fees will be deducted from the refund.
