Order Processing
• Orders are processed during business hours (8 am – 6 pm GMT+3, Monday – Friday).
• You will receive a message from our Client Care Manager within 24 hours with information about the estimated time required to process your order.
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Zero Waste Policy
We follow a Zero Waste Policy and do not keep excessive inventory. Each item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, ensuring sustainable production and reducing waste. Our skilled tailors carefully craft each item, and production planning can take time.
The Client Care Manager will provide an estimated fulfillment date once your order is confirmed. If this time frame does not meet your expectations, you have the option to cancel your order immediately.
Delivery Terms
• All orders are shipped from Dnipro, Ukraine.
• All orders are shipped via regular mail unless another delivery method is selected during checkout. After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, along with instructions on how to track it using the relevant postal service. All shipments, regardless of the destination country, can be tracked on www.track24.net.
• Delivery times are defined by the postal service’s terms and conditions. Please note that delivery time estimates provided by our managers are for business days only and do not account for weekends, national holidays, or force majeure circumstances.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or any additional import procedures.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method.
• FedEx International Priority: 7-10 days.
• EMS: 7-14 days.
• Standard Shipping US: 7-10 days.
• Standard Shipping Worldwide: 10-14 business days.
Please note that delays caused by customs processing are not dependent on the delivery service and cannot be accounted for in the delivery time.
Taxes and Duties
The application of duties and taxes depends on the destination country.
•For the United States and the majority of European countries, all customs duties and taxes are already included in the product price. A corresponding notice is displayed under the product price.
•If such a notice is not shown, duties and taxes may be calculated separately during checkout.
For some destinations, orders are shipped on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. This will be clearly indicated at the shipping method selection stage.
This means your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
United States
We now ship all orders to the U.S. on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means that all import tariffs and duties are already included in the total price shown at checkout.
You will not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
Our team continuously monitors U.S. customs regulations to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Important Information
• Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, or delivery restrictions at the specified location.
• If your order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, phone number, or other delivery issue, you will be required to provide a corrected and complete address. Any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
• In certain cases, your order may be shipped via an alternative delivery service that provides the same or better level of service and estimated delivery timeframe.
International Shipping Insurance Information
Please be aware that First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS) and similar international shipping options may not include insurance coverage according to the delivery service’s policy.
This means that such shipments are not covered for loss or damage. If you have any concerns or need assistance with your order, please contact us.
Risk Transfer
The risk of accidental destruction (loss) of the order passes to the buyer from the moment the seller transfers the order to the postal delivery service. The buyer’s right to property of the ordered manufactured product arises from the moment of its manufacture.
In the USA, our packages are typically delivered by USPS using First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS). Please note that this type of shipment is not insured according to the delivery service’s policy.
