Return & Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may follow our Return and Refund Policy outlined below.

Interpretation

Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions will apply consistently whether they appear in singular or plural forms.

Definitions

Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Annafoxy Handels Gmbh, Austria.

Products refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by you to purchase Products from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to www.annafoxy.com.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the request will need to be handled as a return in accordance with this Policy.

Return Rights

• You may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• All returned or exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Swimwear can be returned or exchanged only if the hygiene sticker on the bottoms remains intact.

• Once the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm that its condition, properties, and factory labels have been preserved, a refund will be issued for the full product price.

• Any items returned without prior notification or outside the 30-day return period may not be accepted.


Partial return

If a partial return causes the total order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Integrity and Missing Item Claims

All orders are thoroughly checked, documented, and sealed before shipping. Each parcel is carefully weighed, and the weight is recorded by the shipping carrier as proof of shipment contents.

We are not responsible for missing item claims made after successful delivery confirmation, unless the customer provides reliable proof that the item was not included in the package.

In the event of a missing item claim, we may require one or more of the following:

• A clear unboxing video, showing the unopened parcel being opened in full view, without interruption

• Photos of the packaging and all received items

• A written statement confirming that the parcel was received sealed and undamaged

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement for any claims that cannot be substantiated with objective evidence.

Once a parcel has been confirmed as delivered and passed through customs without incident, and the recorded parcel weight matches the declared contents, we consider the order as fulfilled.

For this reason, we strongly recommend opening parcels carefully and retaining all packaging until your order has been reviewed in full.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

Items made for individual measurements.

Discounted items.


How to Return or Exchange a Product

To initiate a return or exchange, please inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email:

For Exchanges: The details and timelines for exchanges will be provided by our manager during communication. Please contact us for more information.

The exchange will be processed only after we receive your package, verify the integrity of the items, and confirm that the exchange conditions have been met.

For Returns: We will reimburse you within 14 days from the day we receive the returned products. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original order. Please note that the cost and risk of returning the products to us are your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during the return shipment. 

Refunds for orders are processed only after we receive the physical return of the item. Providing the tracking number for the package or updating the delivery status to “return to sender” is not considered sufficient grounds for issuing a refund.

For a correct and successful return & exchange process, you need to provide the tracking number of the package to the manager.

For returns or exchanges, the items must be sent back to the same warehouse from which they were shipped.

Parcels shipped using carriers or services not specified in our instructions, or with shipping details different from those we provide, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
To ensure successful processing, always follow the return instructions from our support team.

We do not provide return labels, and customers are fully responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Failures

In the event of additional costs arising due to the fault of the recipient, we reserve the right to deduct these expenses from the refund amount.

Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be sent to you. If the products were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
