Returns Policy

• Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items & items made for individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Swimwear can only be exchanged or returned if the hygiene sticker on the bottoms is intact.

• To initiate a return, email us at info@annafoxy.com with the return reason and photos if the product is damaged or defective.

• A 6% restocking fee, shipping costs, and other associated fees will be deducted from the refund.
