• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, the processing time may take up to 10 business days. For exact processing times, please contact our manager.
• Shipping Fees: $30 worldwide. Free for orders over $350.
• Delivery Time: Standrart US: 8-10 days. Standard Worldwide: 10-14 business days. FedEx International Priority: 7-10 days. EMS: 7-10 days.
• Taxes & Duties: All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), unless the DDP shipping option is selected.

Returns Policy
• Easy returns within 30 days
• Full refund on eligible returns
• Return shipping is arranged by the customer
• Non-Returnable Items: Discounted items & items made for individual measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Swimwear can only be exchanged or returned if the hygiene sticker on the bottoms is intact.
